A warm welcome to Owlthorpe Fields Conversation Group
The people of Owlthorpe have always loved the surrounding area and all that it offers, but in recent years, particularly during the COVID pandemic, the real benefits to be gained through walking in the fields on mental and physical health became abundantly clear to everyone.
So, with help from you, our community, and a grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund we aim to strike a balance between the needs of our human residents and the UK’s declining wildlife population such that both can live in harmony.
Our mission statement is at the heart of everything we do:
